    I have bought this phone for my partner as a gift for Christmas and I am highly disappointed. Phone came faulty, SIM slot is not ejecting and therefore phone cannot be used.
    My partner has emailed to provided email address and has been asked to send a video trying to open the SIM card slot, after she did that nobody responded her emails anymore and we have been emailing every day asking for update. This is unacceptable and we wouldn’t recommend this page to anyone. This was horrible experience.

Bought a Redmi Note 10 Pro to test as I am a Samsung guy. Son says phone is working great so far. Arrived a day later than expected which meant a day off work unplanned. Worked from home but caused some inconvenience. Might try the new 12 series when upgrading my own phone (if they are doing a scooter deal ;).
