Very prompt service when ordered. However I should think these chargers should be waterproof as mostly scooters are kept outdoors.

It works, however ordering from xiaomi website I was expecting to get genuine charger but I received different brand and poor quality product. Cable shorter and much thinner than original.

Although this product does what it says, it BREAKS, this the fourth one I have purchased, five if you include the on that came with then scooter… it is not reliable!!!!
